When you make a booking with us, you accept that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Unpackaged Holidays Ltd (on behalf of Teletext) and yourself, which is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Issue of tickets
The majority of tickets will be despatched within 72 hours of your booking being made. If we are temporarily out of stock, we guarantee to dispatch your tickets within 14 days of your booking. All tickets are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery at no extra charge.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your booking the following cancellation charges will be payable by you. The only exceptions to these charges are theatre tickets and Discovery Cove, which are subject to 100% cancellation fees.

Refunds will be paid only after the tickets/vouchers have been returned to us and have not been defaced or damaged in any way
Alterations
In the unlikely event that we have to alter, amend or cancel any of your arrangements, you will be advised without delay and alternative comparable arrangements will be offered. If you choose not to accept the alternative arrangements, you will be offered a full refund, which will be limited to the price you paid for your tickets/vouchers.
Circumstances outside of our control
We regret that we cannot accept responsibility where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by reason of circumstance amounting to "force majeure", or by cancellation of performance or tour by our suppliers, or by temporary or permanent closure of attractions. We cannot be held responsible for any action or omission or our suppliers or their servants, agents or employees
Passports and Visas
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct passport and visas to gain entry. If you fail to do so, we can accept no liability. Further advice and information can be obtained from the Foreign Office website www.fco.gov.uk
Complaints
Should you have a complaint, you must raise this with the attraction supplier at the time, which will enable most complaints to be resolved to your satisfaction there and then If you are still not satisfied, please write to Unpackaged Holidays in writing within 28 days.
